Board Meeting Schedule

Board meetings are held in downtown Raleigh, one block south of the State Capital. Click the Board Contact link for specific directions to the meeting location. Meetings typically begin at 10:00am and are open to the public, pursuant to the North Carolina Open Meetings Law.

There is generally a 15-minute public comment period* at each meeting, at the Board's discretion.

All Meetings are held on Thursday, unless otherwise noted.

* Comments regarding rules changes: The North Carolina Administrative Procedures Act mandates specific written comment periods and a public hearing on proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations which are adopted by the Board. The Board will receive public comment on such changes ONLY through these opportunities. Click the link for Information on the Rule Making Process for more details.
